Hoʻomana Exhibit
The 38 kūpuna and their Kāko'o who were arrested on July 17, 2019 are honored at the Hoʻomana Exhibit on the UH Mānoa campus. Their names are on view at Native Hawaiian Student Services and were originally created as part of the Bachman Hall sit-in of faculty, students and supporters standing for Mauna Kea. The Ho'omana Exhibit at NHSS, The Arts Common Building and Hamilton Library are on display to view now!
Ho'omana is the 18th installment of KŪKULU, A Tribute to the Pillars of Mauna Kea Traveling Art Exhibition. See more of the exhibit on our website here or on our Instagram here. If you're interested in having an exhibit in your community, please contact us via email or on Instagram.
