ʻO Poliʻahu i ke kapu eō mai ʻoe

My heart is so full to have made the journey to the summit to greet the return of the snow with offerings of lei, prayer, and chant. I played my new song, ‘Nopu ka Mana‘o,’ to the tallest peak, Kūkahau‘ula, to honor the deities and their Kinolau that brought these words to being.

As long as I make music, I will play it when it’s finished to the land that it is created for.
