Standing Above the Clouds at HIF

A heartfelt mahalo to all of you who filled both theaters to support us and our film. It was such an honor to pay tribute to the mountain, the film team, each other and of course all of you who stand for Mauna Kea and the places, waters and life ways of our peoples here in Hawai'i and beyond our shores.

HIFF's Made in Hawai‘i Jury stated, “The Best Documentary is a film that made us laugh, it made us cry but most of all it made us incredibly proud of powerful women standing strong at the forefront of such an important cause."

Every island has embraced us and our film with so much aloha. We can't wait for the showings on Hawai'i Island, Nov 3 in Waimea and Nov 7 in Hilo. The mauna has touched so many lives through the Hawai'i International Film Festival and we couldn't be more grateful!
