A lele wale

Strong mountain inhales
Slow river exhales

Bringing the quiet of the summit to my heart and my mind this morning
Syncing my pulse to the pulse of the land
And breathing
Calling on the wisdom of the sacred to guide and to protect
Aligning the power centers of my body with the core of this very earth
And remembering union with reverence
Two feet on the ground
Listening and giving thanks

And so it is
