NOT GUILTY!!! 8/6/21

It’s been over 2 years since their arrests on Mauna Kea, and over 2 years of attending unsolved court appearances. But on this day, at a Third Circuit Court in Hilo, Judge Kanani Laubach found that all four of our Kūpuna were NOT GUILTY. She concluded that “there were no permits issued, therefore there was no obstruction.”

Hūlo hūlo!!! We mahalo Judge Kanani, all the lawyers who fought tirelessly for justice for our beloved Kūpuna, and Dr. Alohalani Brown, Aunty Ranette Puna Robinson, Uncle Skippy Ioane, and Aunty Maxine Kaha’ulelio for their bravery and sacrifices they have made for aloha ʻāina.
