I invite you to say the names of as many ancestors of your lineage that you know today.
Feel for their mana, feel for their stories that still live in your blood.
Ask for their wisdom to guide you. Ask for their protection to surround you.

I invite you to be gentle with yourself today.
Feel into your grace, feel for your tenderness.
Be a soft space to land for yourself and any intense feelings that may be coming up for you right now.

Remember you are here in this realm this time around for a sacred and intentional reason. Tap into your purpose and fill yourself with your own mauli, your own light, and life force. You govern your walk in this world, beloveds. Protect your pathways. Protect your heart. Protect your peace.
