Honouli Ka Makani o Nihoa

Chanting Honouli Ka Makani o Nihoa with my sister @kapuleifloress on Hōlanikū at the central ahu named Hōlani. It was so beautiful to lift our voices together and see the Manu o Kū fly to us and flutter around our heads as they chanted too. The Manu 'Ā would sound their call from their nests across the island. The ‘Iwa would cast their eyes upon us from above.

My heart misses the sound of these manu meeting the sound of our voices. Wanted to share this video today to bring the memory close.
