Aunty Leilani Ka‘apuni and Aunty Luana Busby Neff were found guilty today by Judge Kanani Laubach for standing to protect Mauna Kea. These two incredible women are life long aloha ‘āina who have stood on many frontlines and have dedicated their time, intention, prayers, and walk in this world to speaking up and showing up for justice for our people and our homelands. We lift their names in honor today for the all that they are and all the ways they love Hawai‘i.
