As a living Kanaka Maoli who lives my culture, I do not and will not ever consent to TMT or any building of any kind to be built on Mauna Kea.
Our no is enough and always should’ve been enough.
Period.
TMT/TIO, The University of Hawai’i, OMKM, and the Illegally Occupying Settler State have been violently racist and blatantly prejudice throughout this entire process. They have gaslit, suppressed, abused, and manipulated us and continue to do so.
We are unwavering and we will continue to stand strong like a mountain.
TMT will NEVER be built on Mauna Kea.
